Refund policy
Any queries or concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to our support team at aravebliss01@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery only in case of wrong or damaged products.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds if returned (as perfume and cosmetic products are not reusable due to hygiene reasons). They will only be re-shipped after sending a query on aravebliss01@gmail.com
Payment refunds will be applicable only on prepaid orders in case incorrect or damaged products are delivered.
COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
Arave Bliss will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incorrect/damaged products) are received by the customer.
It is mandatory to send photos of the invoice and product to process replacement or return requests.
Exchanges
Only exchanges for incorrect or damaged products are allowed.
RETURN INTIMATION
You can email us at aravebliss01@gmail.com within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The details of the return (Order Number, Courier AWB Number, and Reason for Return) should be shared with our support team by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped.
Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of prepaid online payment orders.
Please note that complete order cancellation is required. Partial order cancellation requests are not accepted.
A cancellation charge of ₹100 may apply after the order has been shipped.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable for prepaid orders only.
Your refund will be initiated within working days after approval of the refund request.
Refunds are usually credited within 4–8 business days depending on banks and payment gateways.
MODE OF REFUND
For cancelled orders and approved returned products, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used while placing the order.
